The wholesale market that took over from Tsukiji in 2018 and handles most of Tokyo's seafood. Visitors can watch the tuna auction from dedicated viewing decks and eat at the sushi and seafood-bowl restaurants inside. Go early: trading starts before dawn and many restaurants close by early afternoon.
